LEWISTON – Paul E. Dube, 80, of Tanglewood Court, formerly of Wildwood Drive, Lewiston, died Thursday, May 24, at d’Youville Pavilion.
Born in Lewiston, Jan. 31, 1927, he was a son to the late Emile and Hermine “Jenny” (Carpentier) Dube.
After proudly serving his country in the U.S. Navy he married the love of his life, Venice Fortin, on Dec. 30, 1945. He worked for many years at Knapp Shoe and was a member of Holy Family Parish.
He leaves a son, Paul G. Dube and his wife, Connie, of Maryland; a sister, Lucille Dube of Sabattus; two granddaughters, Michelle Dube and Kerri McGown; and two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Venice, on March 24; and a son, George E. Dube on March 29.
