PARIS – An agreement that a criminal threatening charge against a Bethel-area developer be filed for one year was signed by developer Rick Savage, and his attorney. The parties’ signatures on the agreement, listed on Thursday’s B1 of the Oxford Hills edition and B4 of the River Valley edition, were incorrectly reported.
