Mr. Turgeon is an avid numismatist, having participated in coin and stamp shows in their travels. In Arizona, he owned and operated B and L Painting for years.
Mrs. Turgeon attended Lewiston schools and took pride in her roles as mother and homemaker. Later, she worked in shoe retail and local mills as a stitcher and floor lady. In Arizona she worked as a die bonder and floor lady in an electronic plant. She is currently retired.
They enjoy traveling and visiting their family in Maine, and have done extensive travel throughout the U.S. and Canada. To celebrate their 50 years of marriage, they are planning a month-long stay in Europe in September – two weeks in Italy and two weeks in Spain.
