LISBON – Announcement is made of the engagement of Angelique Howarth, daughter of Robert and Ruth Howarth of Lisbon, to V. Michael Markey, oldest grandson of Bradford and Margaret Stevens of Auburn.

The future bride is a graduate of Lisbon High School and received an associate degree in business administration. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information technology at American InterContinental University.

The future bridegroom is a graduate of Edward Little High School and is a local business owner and kitchen designer. He is also in the U.S. Air Force, having been deployed for most of the last six years for the war on terror.

The wedding will be held at the Shiloh Chapel in Durham on June 11.
