LEWISTON – William “Bill” Haley Logan, who was residing at Montello Manor, passed away after a long illness on May 24.
He was born May 30, 1935, the son of Frank and Susan Logan of Portland.
He was an avid lover of the sea, especially fishing, and was extremely proud of his Irish heritage. He enjoyed playing cards and cribbage, watching his John Wayne movies, and visiting with his great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his sister, Susan Gardener of South Portland; his daughters, Barbara A. Logan of Gorham and Bonnie A. Logan of Steep Falls, and his daughter, Brenda; five grandchildren, Misty D. Hodge of Lewiston, Angel M. Waters of Portland, Heidi A. Waters of Gorham, Timothy A. Schoubroek of Steep Falls, and Tabatha A. Schoubroek of Naples; and four great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a sister, Barbara A. Logan.
