MONMOUTH – Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 29, for Philip E. Webster Sr. at Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home. The Rev. Christian Gumprecht officiated at the service. A granddaughter, Kimbre Chase sang “Legacy” as a dedication to her grandfather from all the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His son-in-law, Leonard Chase shared special memories. A light luncheon was held at the Wales Youth Center in Wales.
