LEWISTON – “Blue Devil Pops,” showcasing the talents of Lewiston High School musicians and vocalists, will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 14, in the school cafeteria.

Sponsored by the Lewiston High School Music Association, “Blue Devil Pops” promises an evening of entertainment in a cabaret-style setting.

The event will feature performances by Lewiston High School vocalists singing a wide range of musical selections. The program will also include performances by the Lewiston High School Concert Choir, Men’s Choir and Women’s Chorale.

Performers will be backed up by a house combo of professional musicians, who are coming together especially for the evening. Artistic director for the evening is Rebecca Poppke, director of vocal music at Lewiston High School.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Lewiston High School Music Association, which supports music programs at the high school.

Tickets for the concert are $10 for adults and $5 for high school students and under. They may be ordered in advance by calling Sharon Handy at 740-2792. Tickets also will be sold at the door on the evening of the show.
