PARIS – Ronald S. Snow of Norway is among 35 people indicted by the Oxford County grand jury on Thursday.

Snow, 58, of 292 Lake Road, is charged with embezzling more than $29,000 from the Norway-Paris Community Television while serving as its accountant from 2003 to 2006, according to records.

The proprietor of Three Sixty Management in Paris blamed the financial discrepancies, which were found by station manager Steve Galvin, on “computer error” and other mistakes, Detective Gary Hill said in an affidavit.

The television station is a nonprofit organization that receives part of its funds from cable franchise fees paid to Norway and Paris by Time Warner Cable.

Snow served as a selectman from 1993 to 1999.
