WILTON – Voters chose Irv Faunce and Russell Black to fill two positions on the Board of Selectmen Tuesday. Both positions are for three years.

A position held by Rodney Hall was challenged by Irv Faunce and Douglas Hiltz. Faunce received 321 votes over Hall with 240, and Hiltz received 89.

Faunce is director of program operations for Western Maine Community Action and owner of Wilton Blueberry Farm.

The second position on the board held by Russell Black was challenged by Kenneth Swett.

Black received 425 votes to keep his seat. Swett got 222 votes.

Black has been active in town business serving 18 years on the Planning Board.

Robert Pullo, a member of the SAD 9 Board of Directors, ran unopposed for another three-year term. A second position on the board was filled by Angela LeClair with 651 write-in votes. She succeeds Kristi Backus.
