AUBURN – Funeral services were held Friday for Charles Tanous at St. Philip’s Church, after prayers at the Albert & Burpee Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Frank Murray, who also recited prayers of committal at the North Turner East Burial Grounds. After the ceremony, family and friends gathered at the Tanous home to continue celebrating his life. Pallbearers were Webster Pierce, George Ezzy, Peter Ezzy, Joseph Wilson, Brian Marshall, and Peter Downing.
