Criminal Mischief

The gate on the Park St. side of 10 Oak St. was tagged with graffiti overnight June 18-19.

The alleyway in the rear of 124 Lisbon St. was tagged with graffiti overnight June 17-18.

Some damage was done to a vehicle parked outside of 119 Bartlett St. overnight June 18-19.

Thefts

A vehicle on the 1st floor of the CMMC parking garage was burglarized prior to 12:30 p.m. on June 19. The doors were locked; however the windows were down a few inches. The suspect rummaged through the glove box.

ME MC REG 962ET was either lost or stolen from 5 Ralph Ave. on June 18.

Sometime on June 15 a woman had her wallet stolen from inside of her purse while she was inside of St. Mary’s Hospital.

Sometime during the later morning on June 15 a license plate was stolen from a vehicle parked at the lower CMMC lot at 105 Holland St.

Potential Burglary Suspects

On June 16 at 3 a.m. hours a neighbor to 16 Lemaire Ave. reported seeing two young males on bicycles in the area. They watched one of the males approach this residence as if to break into it, when they were scared off by a dog barking. The only description is one was a white male and one was a black male. If you see anyone matching this description in your neighborhood between the hours of 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. please notify us immediately.

Bike Theft Suspect

A 13-year-old juvenile was summonsed for theft by receiving stolen property on June 18 at 10:30 a.m. after he was found riding around on a bike that had been stolen from River Valley apartments back in April. He had spray painted the bike in an attempt to disguise it.

Habitual Operator Notification

Terri Turner (27) has a suspended license with habitual motor vehicle offender status. She has 18 previous suspensions on her driving record. Her last known address is on Northern Avenue Heights in Auburn but she operates in the Lewiston area. If you see this individual driving, please notify us immediately.

Operating Under the Influence Arrests

Eugene Jordan (29) was arrested for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release on June 19 at 1:29 a.m. at 19 Riverside St. The vehicle was stopped after it was seen speeding and swerving over the center and fog lines on multiple occasions.

Abdinasir Ali (32) was arrested for operating under the influence and violation of conditions of release on June 20 at 1:28 a.m. at 17 Walnut St. The vehicle was stopped after a citizen reported it was circling the downtown and driving erratically. An officer located the car and was able to stop it.

Karona Meas (37) was arrested for operating under the influence and driving without a license on June 20 at 1:35 a.m. at Cedar St./Lincoln St.. This was folloiwng a routine traffic stop.

Operating After Suspension Arrest

Jeffrey Foss (24) was arrested for operating after suspension on June 19 at 2:03 a.m. at 134 Main St. The vehicle was stopped after an officer observed him cutting through a business parking lot.
