OLD ORCHARD BEACH – The Free Baptist Women’s Missionary Society will hold its annual meeting and program on Thursday, July 12, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Porter Hall, Temple Avenue, Ocean Park.

The program features a presentation by Cat Hanson, executive director of Joyful Harvest Neighborhood Center in Biddeford, and a presentation by Mike Gwinn, minister of Camping and Conferencing of The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts who will discuss Camp Oceanwood

The society was founded in 1873 in Sandwich, N.H., and is one of the first national women’s societies in the country.
