AUBURN – The K-Fest Tennis Tournament was played last weekend at the Edward Little High School courts. K-Fest 2007 was created shortly after learning that long-time YMCA Childcare Provider Kevin Bellefleur was diagnosed with kidney cancer. He is scheduled to have surgery on July 27.
Following are the tourney results: Singles: Junior Division, 11-12, Abby Bellefleur; Junior, 15-16, Alex Chicoine; Women’s Beginner, Claire Bellefleur; Women’s Intermediate, Chelsea Dow; Men’s Intermediate, Chip Ross. Doubles: Men’s Intermediate, Bogdan Covoi-Alex Coroi; Men’s Advanced, Nate Guerette-Aaron Boothby; Mixed Advanced, Sarah Ross-Chip Ross; Mixed Intermediate, Abby Blaisdell-Alex Chicoine; Women’s Intermediate, Nicole Oberlander-Michele Tribou.
