CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – A man is accused of using a mirror to spy on a woman inside a tanning booth.

Joseph Johnson, 53, is charged with privacy violation, a misdemeanor.

Police say the incident happened last week at a Concord tanning salon. The 26-year-old woman told police she was nearly undressed when she noticed a flash of light above . She said when she looked up, she saw a mirror being raised on the wall above the booth and a man’s eyes reflected in the mirror.

The woman yelled, got dressed and went to the front desk, where an employee called police.

Johnson is due to be arraigned next month.
