RUMFORD – Funeral services for Charles E. Blanche of Dixfield were conducted Thursday at the Meader & Son Funeral Home. Words of remembrance were given by friends Mark Cote, Ralph Partridge, Don Hopkins, Kirk Thurston, Bill Ruff, Bob McPhee and Norman Ferguson. Special music included “Believe,” “Go Rest High Upon That Mountain” and “I Need You.” A reception followed at the Rumford American Legion Hall.
