On Thursday, Aug. 2, the Church of the Good Shepherd on Main Street will be filled with the music of Virtuosi International, who are returning to the area to present a concert, A Magical Night in Rangeley.

The concert, which begins at 7 p.m., is sponsored by the Rangeley Friends of the Arts, with generous financial support from the Westerhoff Family Foundation.

Helga Westerhoff, founder and executive director of the Westerhoff School of Music & Art in Metuchen, New Jersey, and a long time summer visitor to the Rangeley area, announced that the concert will be under the direction of David Isokowitz, the school’s music director. Performers will include David Iskowitz (piano), Sun Young Chang (soprano), Patrick Durek (guitar) and Kao Osawa (pianist).

There is no charge for admission. However, donations will gladly be accepted by the Rangeley Friends of the Arts to support their Rangeley programs.
