LIVERMORE – Valerie Dawn Kenney Drown, 58, of Livermore died unexpectedly Thursday, Aug. 2, at her home.

She was born in Farmington, May 30, 1949, a daughter of Raymond and Hazel (Robinson) Kenney. She attended Livermore Falls school and worked at G.H. Bass. She also worked as a certified nurse’s aide at a nursing home in the Waterville area and enjoyed flower gardening.

She is survived by two sons, Peter Drown Jr. of Livermore and David Drown of Texas; two brothers, Edward Robinson of Canton and Patrick Kenney of Jay; five sisters, Wanda Kenney of Manchester, Sandy Averill of Sabattus, Linda Merriam of Lewiston, Sherri Pease of Augusta and Nancy Kenney of Canton; two grandchildren, Dustin Drown and Ayla Presby; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son, Mark Drown on July 17, 2006; and a brother, Dana Kenney in 1971.
