WATERVILLE – Alligator recording artist Guitar Shorty, who has been electrifying audiences for five decades, will perform at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at the Midnight Blues Club. The master bluesman is touring in support of his latest release, “We the People,” which received the 2007 Blues Music Award for Contemporary Blues Album of theYear.
