RUTLAND, Vt. (AP)- More than three months after a vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian, a Proctor man will be charged in the fatal hit and run crash.

Bryant M. Garrow, 20, is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in connection with the April 26 death of Stewart Dickson, 52, of Rutland. Police said Garrow would face a number of charges but would not say what they would be.

Police have said they were waiting for test results of evidence gathered from the Jeep Wrangler that they say struck Dickson. They also have been reviewing witness statements to sort out conflicting accounts about who was driving the vehicle.
