Forty-five former workers at Lewiston’s seven mills were honored Saturday at Museum L-A in the Bates Mill Complex at the opening of the museum’s first major exhibit, which featured photographs and videotaped interviews with the millworkers.

More than 100 people attended the event. Admission is free of charge for the first week of the exhibit. For more information, call 333-3881.
