LEWISTON – Mayor Larry Gilbert hosts another informal meeting over coffee Saturday morning at Tim Hortons on Lisbon Street.

It will be the sixth Coffee with the Mayor event Gilbert has hosted since he took office. It will be the second time he’s held the meeting at Tim Hortons at 855 Lisbon St.

He’ll be on hand from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. for one-on-one conversations. Gilbert said he hopes for a strong turnout, despite competition from Great Falls Balloon Festival.

“I hope many folks will also join me for a cup of coffee that morning,” he said. “I again look forward to hearing what’s on the minds of community residents.”

The meetings are scheduled to continue each month. Future locations and dates are being determined.
