In order to see their savior David Beckham play, or as it turned out, not play, in Foxborough this Sunday, the New England Revolution required fans to purchase tickets to four Revolution games. I’m on record as saying anyone who buys into the Beckham hype is a sucker, but even soccer fans don’t deserve to get gouged like that.
