NORWAY – PACE Paramedic Service and Stephens Memorial Hospital will offer several 34-hour American Heart Association heartsaver adult and child CPR classes and a first aid class later this month.

On Wednesday, Aug. 22, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. and on Thursday, Aug. 23, from 6 to 10 p.m. there will be heartsaver adult and child CPR courses. On Wednesday, Aug. 29, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. heartsaver adult, child and infant CPR will be offered and on Thursday, Aug. 30, from 6 to 10 p.m. heartsaver first aid and AED will be offered.

Heartsaver first aid course topics covered will include first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies and environmental emergencies.

Attendees will receive a certification at the end of the class.
