FARMINGTON – The 15th District Masonic Association of the Grand Lodge of Maine will sponsor a Child’s Identification Program (CHIPS) at the Farmington Fairgrounds on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at the Old Secretary’s Office from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
