LEWISTON – Karen M. Manson, 50, of Oxford, died Friday, Aug. 10, due to diabetic complications.
She was born in Beverly, Mass., Jan. 17, 1957, daughter of the late George E. and Antoinette (DiAnni) Manson.
Karen graduated from Beverly High School in 1975.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Salem State College in 1979, she married and moved to Bridgton, where she began a long career in nursing.
She was currently employed by Service Master in Oxford.
Karen is survived by her daughter, Michelle Schooley of Beverly, Mass.; her son, Kevin Schooley of Old Orchard; her companion, Tim Frank of South Paris; her sisters, all residing in Beverly, Mass., Maureen Phelps and her husband, John, Nancy Grant and her husband, David, and Diane Pitman and her husband, Robert; and their four children, Andrew, Emily, Matthew and Julia also survive her.
