RUMFORD – The Rumford Eagles FOE 1248 will host a show featuring popular Maine comic Bob Marley Friday, Aug. 24, at the Mountain Valley High School auditorium. All proceeds from the 7 p.m. show will go toward the Eagles Pink Sock Foundation, in support of the Maine Breast Cancer Coalition.

The Fraternal Order of Eagles clubs throughout Maine recently raised and donated $7,200 to the coalition. This marks the third year the Eagles have contributed to the support service fund of the statewide coalition. Grants provided through the fund total about $75,000 each year and provide assistance to about 150 Maine residents.
