I travel the highways just about every day. I see so many people in the passenger side of vehicles with their bare feet on the dashboard. Don’t these people realize that if they are in an accident, the airbag will fold them like a nutcracker? If a deer, etc., runs out in front in the car, the air bags can be activated in a collision.

Another problem is that if the window is down on the passenger side, and another vehicle is passing by, the smell of exposed feet is undesirable.
