AUBURN – Two Auburn firefighters were promoted in June.

Pvt. Jeff Lowe, who has been a member of the department since 2002, has been promoted to lieutenant and will be assigned to Rescue 1. He lives in Dixfield with his wife and son.

Pvt. John Roy, who has been with the department since 1995, has also been promoted to lieutenant. He lives in Auburn with his wife and two daughters.
