FREEPORT – The WWD100, a Women’s Wear Daily special annual survey, has rated L.L.Bean Inc. as the 21st overall most-recognizable apparel and accessories brand for American women. In the sportswear category, the survey placed L.L. Bean in sixth place, up from ninth last year, and in the outerwear category, L.L. Bean maintained its second-place standing for the second consecutive survey.
