American music legend John Hiatt, nominated for 11 Grammy awards, and folk singer/songwriter Shawn Colvin, a three-time Grammy winner, will rock L.L. Bean’s Discovery Park Saturday, Aug. 25, in Freeport. A rock guitarist, pianist and singer/songwriter, Hiatt has been performing a variety of genres, from blues to rock to country, for three decades. Colvin’s “Steady On” won a Grammy for best contemporary folk album in 1989. “Sunny Came Home” captured Grammies for best song and best album of the year in 1997.
