Moynahan and Brady split up late last year after a three-year relationship. Brady has been dating supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

Brady, 30, has led the Patriots to three NFL titles and is a two-time Super Bowl MVP.

Kidnapper wants early release

NASHUA, N.H. (AP) – The former Canterbury woman convicted of kidnapping her teenage lover last summer, then stalking him, is requesting an early release from jail.

A hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday in Hillsborough County Superior Court in Nashua on whether a judge will suspend the remaining four months of Jennifer Malone’s 12-month sentence.

Malone, 33, was convicted of kidnapping 16-year-old Christopher Cole and taking off with him and her 8-year-old son. She also pleaded guilty to stalking Cole last fall, while out on bail from the kidnapping charge.

Malone argues she is entitled to a sentence reduction after serving eight months of her 12-month sentence because of good behavior and lining up a job in anticipation of release.
