Yard sale

OXFORD – His Place Teen Center will hold a yard sale from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Tuesday, Aug. 30 to Sept. 4, on Route 26 next to the fish market.

They are collecting items for this and two more yard sales, Columbus Day weekend and the first week in November, and for the new Alpha and Omega Thrift Shop open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Church service

PARIS – The Congregation of Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Road, Paris, invites the public to worship and to hear the music of Wilho Saari, a Finnish kanele player, starting and during the 10:15 a.m. service on Sunday, Sept. 2. The service will be followed with a celebration honoring David and Joyce McKenzie’s 50th wedding anniversary.
