LEWISTON – Residents are eligible to win a pair of tickets to either the Maineiacs home-opener against the Saint John Sea Dogs on Sept. 13, or the Sept. 16 game against Acadie-Bathurst Titan. Ten pairs of tickets will be available for each game.

Residents may enter the drawing three ways, and it is requested that only one entry per resident be submitted. They are:

• phone Lewiston City Hall at 784-2951, ext. 224 and leave a message (call line opens Sept. 4);

• fill out a registration form at the Treasurer’s Office on the second floor of City Hall, 27 Pine St. (available Sept. 4); or

• register online now at www.ci.lewiston.me.us/hockeytickets.htm.

Required information includes name, address and daytime telephone number for direct contact purposes. If an answering machine is reached, a message will not be left. Proof of Lewiston residency will also be required of those randomly chosen.

Ticket winners for each game will be selected by random drawing on Monday, Sept. 10, and will be promptly notified. Nonwinning names will remain “active” for future 2007-08 home-game drawings. The winners’ names, however, will not be included in future 2007-08 drawings.
