LEBANON, N.H. – Juliette A. Leveille, 94, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 4, at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

A lifelong resident of Berlin, she was born on Nov. 18, 1912, daughter of the late John and Celina (Labrie) Desilets. While she was employed as an inspector for the Granite State Rubber Co. until retiring in 1976. Her true work was caring for her family. Described as generous, kind and loving, she showed her love by knitting for her family and spending time with them at her camp in Pittsburg.

She loved to travel and toured most of the United States with her late husband, Alexander Leveille. She was a member of the Local 75 and the Golden Age Club of Berlin. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Parish, now St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish.

She is survived by her daughter, Lucille Mainguy, and her husband, Robert, of Berlin; her son, Rene Leveille of Essex Junction, Vt.; five grandchildren, Claudette Rano, Susan Sikora, Sarah Booska, Don Leveille and Mark Mainguy; nine great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, Alexander in April 2002; and her brothers, Edward, Sylvio, and her twin, Romeo Desilets.
