AUBURN – 20-M Club of Lewiston, outlasted Auburn Players League champ E.S.M. 22-21 Thursday night to capture the Twin City Softball Championship.

Lewiston took the best-of-3 series, 2-1.

Ross Nadeau swatted a key 3-run homer in the top of the 7th. He went 4-4. Other homers were clouted by Keith West (3 hits) and Rob Bernier (3 hits). Ron Nadeau went 4-4. Other repeat hitters were Mike Thibault, Todd Therrien and Chris Bickford

Other team members include Chris Giles, Mike Bays, Jason Parkin, Derek Ouellette and Mike Conicelli.

It was the completion of a trifecta for 20-M. having won the Maine Class D Championship, and the Lewiston National Division crown. Over Labor Day weekend, 20-M tied for 49th out of 116 teams in the Class D Nationals in Virginia.
