RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Joseph Buccina was celebrated Friday morning, Sept.7, at St. Athanasius-St. John Catholic Church.

The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Ave Maria,” “Be Not Afraid,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “Let There Be Peace On Earth” and “Taps.” Readings were done by Barbara Doherty.

Interment with military honors was at St. John Cemetery.

A reception followed in the parish hall.

Arrangements were under the care of S.G. Thibault Funeral Home, Rumford.
