Auburn – Donald E. Webster Sr., 73, a resident of Bull Run Road in Wales, died early Saturday morning, Sept. 8, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin in Auburn where he had been a patient for three weeks.
He was born March 21, 1934, in Augusta, the son of Kenneth M. and Lillie (Buck) Webster. He attended school in Wales.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1958. He married Nancy Hallowell, she died in 1985. Donald worked construction and was a member of the Local Union 407, Carpenter Millwrights Union in Lewiston. Donald enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his son, Donald Webster Jr. of Wales; two daughters, Gwendolyn Trask and her husband, Lewis, of Minot, and Libby Tervo and her husband, Richard, of Litchfield; a sister, Erlene Chick and her husband, Richard, of Monmouth; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents; and two brothers, Kenneth Webster Jr. and Robert Webster.
