LEWISTON – Recreation Department gymnastics classes will run for seven weeks beginning Tuesday, Sept. 11, and run through Oct. 23.

Limits

Each class is limited to 10 participants in Tiny Tots; 18 in Beginners I & II; and 6 in Intermediate/Advanced. Registration is first-come, first-served. Dyane Jordan will serve as gymnastics coach.

Classes, costs

• Tiny Tots (3 to 5 years old): 2:45 to 3:30 p.m. or 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. Tuesdays. The cost is $40 for residents; $50 nonresidents.

• Beginner I (ages 6 to 8 years old): 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Tuesdays. The cost is $40 for residents; $50 nonresidents.

• Beginner II (9 years old and up): 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Tuesdays. The cost is $40 for residents; $50 nonresidents.

• Intermediate/Advanced (prior approval of instructor): 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays. The cost is $40 for residents; $50 nonresidents.

• Team and Preteam: Levels 2 and 3; 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays. The cost is $60 for residents; $70 nonresidents.

• Team and Preteam: Levels 4 and up; 4:15 to 7:15 p.m. Tuesdays and 4 to 6 p.m. Thursdays. The cost is $120 for residents; $130 for nonresidents.

Fees

Team and Preteam fees are for the first seven weeks only; an additional fee will be assessed for the remainder of the season.

Registration may be made Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Lewiston Department of Recreation Office, Lewiston Memorial Armory, 65 Central Ave.
