RUMFORD – SeniorsPlus is offering a caregiver training on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at its office, 50 Congress St. There will be two sessions, one from 9 to 11 a.m. and another from 4 to 6 p.m.

Participants will learn about maintaining mental and physical health, effective communication and other resources available.
