Labor Day activities kept the Oxford County Democrats busy, with Sen. Bruce Bryant and Rep. Terry Hayes taking part in the annual Buckfield parade. County Chairwoman Cathy Newell staffed the booth. Former legislators Rosita Friel and Pat Jacobs stopped by as did many Buckfield area Democrats. Hayes and Rep. John Patrick attended a Labor Day lunch in Lewiston sponsored by local union groups.
