RUMFORD – SeniorsPlus will hold a Medicare basics seminar from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at 50 Congress St.

Experienced counselors will be able to give those who will soon be 65 or those who are disabled and scheduled to go on Medicare some basic information about Medicare Parts A and B, Medicare advantage plans, Medicare supplemental insurance, Medicare prescription drug plans and addition programs that may help pay premiums.

Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and the menu is seafood newburg, brown rice, peas and carrots, wheat bread, pears and coffee, tea or milk. Call 364-3572 to reserve a spot.
