RANGELEY – The Rangeley Planning Board will hold a public hearing Wednesday on the proposed Angel Woods subdivision. The hearing will be preceded by a site visit at 4 p.m.
The proposal, to be discussed at 6:30 p.m. at the town office, includes subdivision of 19.6 acres with seven residential building lots located on Route 4 near Dodge Pond Road, said Code Enforcement Officer Robert Griscom Monday.
A decision on another housing development, the Round Pond Maine, a 14-lot subdivision, may also be reached at the meeting, he said.
