Ticket winners

LEWISTON – Mayor Laurent F. Gilbert Sr. has announced that 16 Lewiston residents have won a pair of tickets for either the MAINEiacs opening home game at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, versus the Saint John Sea Dogs or the Sunday, Sept. 16, game at 4 p.m. versus Acadie-Bathurst Titan. Both games will take place at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee.

The residents selected from a random drawing of submitted entries are Adam Dennis, David Gudas, Ricky Nason, Jeremy Dulac, Normand Fecteau, Tom Bouchard, Rolande Ayotte, Brian Beauparlant, Alex Breton, Emilio Philippon, Michael Boulet, Marc Lavalliere, Mark Bossie, Rena Saucier, Vi Caron, and Laurie Gosselin.

Non-winning names previously submitted will remain “active” for future home game drawings, so there is no need for those individuals to re-enter.

The current winners will not be eligible for future home game drawings.

Bridge results

LEWISTON – The Lewiston-Auburn Social Bridge winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on Sept. 10 were: first, Dick Allen and Richard Balian; second, Helen Little and Alberta Turner; third, Marta Clements and Nancy Farmer; fourth, Jan Arey and Linda Leotsakos; fifth, Larry Fortier and Rosemarie Goodwin; first in C, Tom Boyer and Charles Bartlett; second in C, Lois Barr and Cynthia Clifford.
