NORWAY – Jean Tirrell Marston, 82, of South Paris, died Monday, Sept. 10, at Norway Rehabilitation and Living Center.
She was born in Locke Mills on Dec. 24, 1924, the daughter of Lewis and Norma Berry Tirrell. She attended Greenwood schools, Woodstock High School and Maine School of Commerce.
She married Lloyd Marston on Oct. 30, 1947. She worked in the offices of Bates Mfg., B. E. Cole, Francine Shoe and retired from C.N. Brown in 1990. She belonged to the Foster Carroll Auxiliary 72, the Ladies Auxiliary V.F.W. 9787, T.O.P.S., and attended Paris Hill Bible Church.
She is survived by her son, Lewis; sister, Louise Twitchell; sister-in-law, June Marston; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband; a son, Gregory; and a sister, Fern Jordan.
