As we debate this war and commemorate the tragedy of 9/11, I would ask the readers to ponder this: We are not fighting in Iraq those who attacked us on 9/11, we are fighting those who are fighting us because we attacked, rightfully or wrongly, Iraq. Those who attacked us on 9/11 are, to the best of our knowledge, in Pakistan where they remain protected and unmolested, willing and able to plan further attacks upon us.
