AUBURN – Robert and Pauline Morissette of Auburn are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jenny Morissette of Edgewater, N.J., to Thomas Meyer of Edgewater, N.J., son of John and Kathleen Meyer of Long Island, N.Y.

The future bride is a 2001 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and a 2005 graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn., with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a minor in biology. She also received a master’s degree in communications in 2006 from New York Institute of Technology. She is currently employed as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Eli Lilly and Company in Manhattan.

The future bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Bethpage High School and a 1999 graduate of SUNY Albany, with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a minor in business. He is currently employed as a computer analyst for Societe Generale Investment Bank in Jersey City, N.J.

The wedding will be held on the afternoon of Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008, with a reception following that evening at the Samoset Resort in Rockport.
