Criminal Mischief

A vehicle parked outside of 66 Tall Pines had a windshield smashed out overnight Sept. 11 and Sept. 12.

A gate outside of TD Banknorth at 32 Chestnut St. was bent and damaged overnight Sept. 13-14.

Theft

A backpack with an Apple ibook was stolen from the coat room at Chase Hall, Bates College between 12:20 and 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 11.

Motor Vehicle Burglary

A vehicle parked outside of Marden’s was burglarized prior to 10:40 a.m. on Sept. 13, property was stolen from inside.

Robbery

A male pedestrian was robbed outside of the Acme Club on Sept. 13 at 11 p.m. He was attacked by three black males who tackled him to the ground and stole cash from his pockets.

Hit and Run Accident

A mailbox and telephone pole at 1396 Sabattus St. were struck by a vehicle and damaged between 9 and 10 p.m. on Sept. 13. A green Ford driver’s side mirror was left at the seen which belongs to a 2001-2006 Ford Taurus.

Operating After Suspension Arrest

Nicholas Claxton, 24, was charged with operating after suspension on Sept. 14 at 2:15 a.m. at Main and Park streets following a routine traffic stop.

Habitual Offender Notification

Latrice Johnson, 34, has a suspended driver’s license with habitual offender status. She has seven previous suspensions and has a last known address of 50 Fairmount St. If you see Latrice driving, please call 784-6421 immediately.
