The kindergarten and first-grade classes of Oxford Hills Christian Academy took a field trip to the Oxford County Fair on Sept. 12 for Education Day. The students saw live animals, including pigs, cows, horses, birds, rabbits, bees and a llama. They watched as farmers milked a goat, shaved sheep and paraded their yoked oxen around the arena. They also saw a blacksmith make horseshoes, helped press cider and grind corn. From the left are teacher Eileen Rose, Luke Mosher, Alexi Knight and Kylie Ruby.
