Since 1974, Maine Machine Products has sponsored 47 scholarship students enrolled in the machine tool program at Central Maine Community College, many of whom are still employed at MMPCo. The program also includes a work-study program for qualified applicants. This year’s students include, from the left, first-year students Chris Taylor, Andrew Morton and Nick Pingree, Mountain Valley High School graduates, and second-year students Andrew Milligan, Mountain Valley, and Craig Young, Dirigo High School graduates, and Production Manager Paul Colby.
