LEWISTON – Kristen D’Eramo fired a shot from the top of the circle on a feed by Allyssa Barnies on a penalty corner in the second half to give Lewiston a 2-1 victory over Hampden in Class A field hockey action.
The Blue Devils (2-5-1) got on the board first with an unassisted goal by Sarah Clark 5:46 into the game. The lone goal for Hampden came with 23 seconds remaining in the the first half, after Alicia Lataille tapped the ball into the net.
Oak Hill 7, Lincoln 1
WALES – Breanna Broomhall led all players with two goals and three assists as Oak Hill rolled past Lincoln Academy in a 7-1 field hockey victory.
Natalie Caron had a goal and three assists, while Kayla Clark provided a goal and one assist. Courtney Clark, Ashley Paradis, and Casey Gonzales also scored for the Raiders (3-7).
Ally Barns scored the lone goal for Lincoln (0-8) off a penalty corner.
Oxf. Hills 1, Lawrence 0
SOUTH PARIS – Freshman Marisa Hanning scored the first goal of her high school career to lift Oxford Hills to a 1-0 triumph over Lawrence.
Hanning tapped her shot past the left post after picking up a pass from Tiera Durgin at 6:49 into the second half for the Vikings (4-3-1). Aleksys Pike recorded the win in the net, stopping six shots.
St. Dom’s 4, Waynflete 1
AUBURN – Colleen Rideout and Katie Landry netted a pair of goals apiece to lead St. Dom’s to a 4-1 victory over Waynflete.
Rideout tallied the first and fourth goals with assists from Annie Butts and Eliza Dox, while Landry netted the goals sandwiched between, with an assist being credited to Mary Lewis. Keeper Austyn Carolin needed to make just one save for the Saints (7-1).
Chelsea Smith notched the lone Waynflete goal with 5:45 left in the first half. Ally Koss made 22 saves.
Mt. Blue 3, Brunswick 0
FARMINGTON – Marissa Allen, Meaghan Robinson and Johanna LaPlante each scored unassisted goals as Mt. Blue took down Brunswick (2-6) with a 3-0 victory Tuesday.
The Cougars (8-1) jumped out a 2-0 lead in the first half on goals by Allen and Robinson. Mt. Blue outshot the Dragons, 31-2.
Winslow 1, Leavitt 0
WINSLOW – Leavitt dominated play, but the bounces went the other way in a 1-0 defeat to Winslow.
Heather MacKenzie scored the game’s only goal at 28:12 of the first half. Her ball appeared headed out of bounds, when it struck a tuft of grass, skipped sideways into the goal, according to Leavitt coach Wanda Ward-McLean.
The Hornets (6-3) outshot Winslow 11-3 and also had the edge in penalty corners. Kristen Capen made two saves in goal for Leavitt.
Morse 2, EL 1, OT
BATH – With 3:19 left in overtime, Kate Connolly took a shot from inside the circle that found the back of the cage for the game-winning goal in Morse’s 2-1 triumph over Edward Little.
The Shipbuilders (3-4-1) got on the board first with a first-half goal by Maggie Shute, who popped the ball in after a scramble in the front of the net. The Eddies (4-5-1) tied it up in the latter half of the contest with a goal by Katie Williamson, who took a feed from Jessie Campbell and Karen Leary, before Connolly’s game-winner.

Belfast 3, Oak Hill 0
BELFAST – Julie Smith recorded two goals as Belfast posted a 3-0 victory over Oak Hill in girls’ soccer action Tuesday.
Smith tallied an unassisted goal, and then was credited with another after Oak Hill scored on themselves. Katie Mathieu also registered a goal for the Lions.
Laura Small made 11 saves to post the shutout, while Oak Hill counterpart, Maggie Sabine, also made 11 saves.
Mt. Ararat 2, EL 1
AUBURN – Jaymee Wallace picked up the game-winning goal at 3:19 left in the contest to lead Mt. Ararat to the 2-1 triumph over Edward Little in a KVAC girls’ soccer matchup.
Mt. Ararat came back from a 1-0 deficit, after Muriel Schwinn pushed in a goal with one minute remaining in the half for the Red Eddies (5-4). The Eagles tallied back-to-back goals, with Melanie Hoffman tying the game with 20:12 left, and Wallace’s goal 17 minutes later off a feed from Sami Owen.
Cony 2, Leavitt 1
TURNER – Tori Fowler scored two unanswered goals to lead Cony to a 2-1 win over Leavitt.
Fowler scored an unassisted goal to tie the contest at 1-1 with 4:11 remaining in the first half. She opened the second half with a breakaway goal set up by Olivia Brown for the Rams (4-5).
Natasha Barney scored the first goal of the game on a corner kick for the Hornets (2-7).
Morse 0, Oxford Hills 0
SOUTH PARIS – The Morse Shipbuilders and the Oxford Hills Vikings drew to a 0-0 tie Tuesday.
Both goaltenders made key saves to keep their respective teams on point. For Morse, Jill Henrikson made nine saves, while Sam Rivers stopped 14 shots for Oxford Hills. Each team had several scoring opportunities, but came up fruitless. Morse held a 12-10 advantage in shots.
Brunswick 5, Lewiston 1
LEWISTON – Four different players scored, recording five back-to-back goals in the first half, to lift undefeated Brunswick to a 5-1 triumph over Lewiston.
Christina Damon had a pair of goals, while Lucy Morrell, Hillary Champagne, and Rebekka Miller each scored for the Dragons (9-0).
The Blue Devils (0-9) scored when Julia Bergeron slipped a goal under the Brunswick keeper on a breakaway with 5:30 remaining.
Mt. Blue 7, Skowhegan 0
FARMINGTON – Kelly Yardley, E.T. Corthell and Marlie Mochamer each scored a pair of goals as Mt. Blue glided past Skowhegan (1-8) with a 7-0 victory in Class A girls’ soccer Tuesday.
The Cougars (6-2-1) erupted with four goals in the first half and added another three in the final stanza.
Arin McLaughlin also scored and earned an assist.
